I'm not coming into your day with the goal of turning it into an eight hour photoshoot. I'll give you direction when you need it, keep things moving when the timeline gets a little wild, wrangle the family for those important photos, and then get out of the way when the real moments happen.
A big wedding has its own kind of energy. Your best friends are losing it on the dance floor. Grandma is tearing up during the ceremony. Your dad is trying really hard to keep it together.
We used Stacy for our autumn wedding in the mountains of Colorado and I could not be happier with our choice. She was terrific. She 100% knows what she is doing as a photographer. Additionally, she was a wonder to work with. Very easy going, she helped us relax during our wedding. She also understood exactly what we were looking for - she listened to us with interest and her enthusiasm for us was real..
I'm not showing up, taking photos and disappearing eight hours later. I'm there to help you when you need me, keep things moving when shit gets a little chaotic and know when to step back and let the moment happen. You get to be in your wedding. I'll worry about documenting it.
Of course we're getting the beautiful portraits. But I'm also watching for everything happening when you're not looking. The tears, the hugs, your friends being ridiculous, grandma on the dance floor and all those little moments that end up meaning way more than you expect.
You don't want to spend your wedding day watching the clock or wondering what you're supposed to be doing next. That's where I come in. We'll build a day that gives you room to breathe, be present, laugh your ass off and enjoy the people you invite.
If you're looking for a photographer who's quite, reserved, and politely whispers "say cheese"... yeahhh, that's definitely not me.
I'm Stacy, Colorado based adventure chase, Jeep girl, travel junkie, dog mom of two professional chaos gremlins, and someone who will absolutely drive 30 minutes out of my way for Chipotle because the craving hit.
Ice cream?
My kryptonite
I can (and will) eat it for breakfast with zero shame.
When I'm not shooting weddings or elopements, you'll probably find me blasting my music in my Jeep, planning my next trip, wandering a new trail, or pretending my dogs actually listen to me (they don't)
But here's the thing that matters most:
I'm all about people who love big, laugh loud, and aren't afraid to be themselves. If you're laid back, adventure ready, down for a little wind in your hair chaos, and want photos that feel alive and real... we're basically already best friends.
I'm here to help you feel comfortable, hype you up like we've known each other for years, and capture the kind of moments that make you say: "Yep. That's us."
So if you want a photographer who brings the energy, celebrates your weirdness, and documents your day exactly how it felt, welcome in. You're my people.

Imagine this:
The room is buzzing before you've even gotten dressed. Your best friends are everywhere, music is playing, someone is pouring champagne and your mom is trying really hard not to cry yet.
Then suddenly, it's time. The doors open. Everyone stands. And at the other end of the aisle is your person. Looking at you in a way you'll never forget. From there, the day takes off.
There are hugs from people you haven't seen in years. Your grandparents are on the dance floor. Your best friends gives a speech that has you laughing one second and wiping tears the next. Dinner runs a little late. Your shoes eventually come off. The dance floor gets packed and somewhere along the way you realize you haven't looked at the clock once.
This is how your wedding day should be remembered!
You inquire, I get excited, and we hop on a call.
This isn't where I throw a bunch of packages at you and try and make a sale. I want to hear about the two of you, what you're planning, what matters most and what you want you wedding to feel like.
Bring me your questions, your ideas and even the stuff you have absolutely no clue about yet. We'll talk through it all. And if it feels right on both sides, we make it official.
Once you're booked, I don't disappear until a month before your wedding. You can actually use me.
Need help figuring out your timeline? Send it over. Debating a first look? Let's talk pros and cons. Family situation I should know about? Tell me. Wondering when the hell you're supposed to sneak away for sunset photos without missing dinner? I've got you.
As we get closer, I'll learn who your people are, what matters to you, the moments you're most excited about and anything I need to know to photograph your wedding like your wedding, not like the last one I shot last weekend.
When your wedding day finally gets here, your job is pretty simple:
Be there. Get married. Have a freaking good time.
I'll give direction when you need it, wrangle the giant family photo, keep things moving, find the good light and adjust when something inevitably doesn't go to plan.
You shouldn't spend your wedding performing for my camera. You should be hugging people, crying, drinking champagne, dancing your ass off and wondering how the day is already going by so damn fast.
I'll be paying attention to everything else.
You lived your wedding from one perspective, now you get to see it from the other side.
The look on your mom's face. Your friends absolutely losing it behind you. Grandpa on the dance floor. The hug you didn't see. The ridiculous shit happening across the room while you were talking to someone else.
You'll get sneak peaks shortly after your wedding because I know you're dying to see something. Then comes your full gallery, the big, beautiful, emotional, hilarious story of what actually happened.
Not just hundreds of pretty photos. Your people. Your memories. Your wedding exactly as it felt.
From our very first conversation, it was clear she was interested in actaully getting to know us to best catpure our day. We spent almost an hour and a half on the first call, talking about things we didn't realize would be important to us. Stacy brought such a calm, confident, and fun energy-definitely someone you'd want by your side on one of the most important (and sometimes chaotic!) days of your life.
